I know that the faculty and staff of Las Positas College work hard every day to ensure that every student has a meaningful experience at our college—whether their intent is transfer education, career education, developmental education, or personal enrichment education. In order to create a learning environment that nurtures students, you will find an organization growing to meet the needs of our students. We continue to be grateful to the residents of our district who supported the Facilities Modernization Program for Las Positas College. As a result of their belief in and support for this college, during this academic year students and visitors to the campus will see several construction and remodeling projects taking place. These projects will end in state-of-the-art facilities for our exceptional academic programs, enhanced spaces for our athletic and wellness programs, and improved infrastructure initiatives to enrich the way the campus works for our students and employees.
