The reference collection includes general and subject specific dictionaries, encyclopedias, biographies, directories, almanacs, atlases, etc. Many also contain bibliographies for further research. Reference books cannot be checked out from the library but may be photocopied.

Learn Spanish <http://www.studyspanish.com> Each lesson in this tutorial includes a cultural lesson in English and Spanish, practice exercises, and a test. Words in the lessons and the cultural files are linked to sound files. Includes links to Spanish-language newspapers, radio stations, and language schools. Also provides a list of the top ten phrases that don't translate well and a random idiom generator.

The Spanish CALL Project <http://www.indiana.edu/~call/> This searchable site is designed for intermediate and advanced students of the Spanish language. Gramática , written in both English and Spanish, contains Reglas, or the rules for the various parts of grammar; Ejercicios contains print and interactive exercises. Cultura provides links to literature, discussion, Latin American, and other related sites. CALL stands for Computer-Assisted Language Learning.
